Pre-Authorizations and Holds

In some cases, your bank may place a pre-authorization hold on your credit card to verify the availability of funds. This is not an actual charge and will be released within 5 business days, depending on your financial institution's policies if the payment was not successfully processed.

Please be aware that bundles cannot be stacked with other codes or promotions. The use of multiple codes on a single order with the bundle may be restricted.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY POLICY

This shipping policy applies to all orders placed with ZVX, LLC dba Hippy House through hippy-house.store.

Shipping Carriers: All orders are shipped from the United States via USPS (United States Postal Service) or UPS. The carrier is selected based on the destination and the size of the package. Every shipment includes a tracking number.

Shipping Destinations: We ship to addresses within the United States only. We do not ship internationally. Certain products cannot be shipped to certain states under applicable state law; these restrictions are listed on our Disclaimer page. Our checkout automatically blocks: shipments of any product to Wyoming; shipments of 7-OH and kratom products to Connecticut, Florida, Louisiana and ZIP codes in Orange County, California; shipments of all other products to California and Louisiana. For the other state restrictions listed on the Disclaimer page, do not place an order for delivery to a state where the product is restricted.

Order Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (24–48 hours) of purchase. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. Orders placed after 2:00 PM Pacific Time, on weekends, or on holidays are processed on the next business day. During peak seasons or promotions processing may take longer; any changes will be communicated on our website or at checkout.

Delivery Time Standards (after the order ships):

• Standard Shipping (USPS / UPS Ground): 5 to 8 business days
• Tracked & Insured US Shipping (USPS Priority / UPS): 3 to 4 business days
• Free Express Shipping (when offered on qualifying orders): 3 to 4 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to destination, weather, or carrier delays beyond our control.

Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the shipping method selected and are displayed in US Dollars (USD) before you complete your purchase.

Order Tracking: Once your order ships you will receive a shipping confirmation email with the carrier name and tracking number.

Shipping Address: Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address. Due to age-verification requirements, the shipping address cannot be changed after the order is placed. We are not liable for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Lost, Damaged or Incorrect Shipments: If your order arrives damaged, contains the wrong item, or has not arrived within 3 business days after the carrier’s estimated delivery date, contact us at support@hippy-house.store within 5 days with your order number and photos of the packaging and products. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue promptly.

RETURNS POLICY:

Eligibility for Returns:

We accept returns for eligible products within 30 days from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, factory sealed and in the same condition as received.

Initiating a Return:

To initiate a return, please contact support@hippy-house.store. Please provide your order number, the name of the item you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

Return Shipping:

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a mistake on our part or a defective product. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return is received

Policy Changes:

We reserve the right to modify, amend, or update our Returns and Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Customers may cancel their order within one hour of purchase, provided the shipping label has not been printed. An order for which a label has already been printed may be charged a cancellation fee of $6.00 before the refund is processed.

Cancellation Process:

To cancel an order or service, customers must contact support@hippy-house.store within an hour after purchase and provide a reason for the cancellation. Orders can be canceled as long as the shipping label has not been printed yet; otherwise you will be charged a $6.00 fee.

Cancellation Fees:

A cancellation fee of $6.00 may be applied for cancellations made after the specified cancellation period. This fee is intended to cover any costs incurred by Hippy House.

REFUND POLICY:

Refund For Return Process:

Upon receiving your return, our team will inspect the item to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria for return. Once approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method. Please allow 5 business days for the refund to be processed.

Refund Timing:

Refunds may take some time to process and appear in your account. The timing of the refund depends on your payment method and financial institution. If you have not received your refund after 5 business days, please contact your bank or credit card company.

Non-Refundable Items:

Used or opened items are not eligible for refunds.

Exchanges:

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please place a new order and initiate a return for the original item following our return process.

Damaged or Defective Items:

Refunds for cancellations will be processed according to the following guidelines:

• Cancellations made within an hour after the purchase will receive a full refund as long as the label has not been printed.
