Payment Methods

Order Modifications

• Modify or Cancel Orders: Changes can be made before an order is fulfilled. To request modifications, email support@hippy-house.store.

• Shipping Address Changes: Due to age verification regulations, shipping addresses cannot be changed after an order is placed. You may update your address in your account settings for future orders.

Damaged Products

If your order arrives damaged:

1. Take clear photos of:

    

   • The damaged product(s)

   • Internal packaging

   • External shipping box

     (All affected items must be shown in one photo if multiple.)

    

2. Email the photos to support@hippy-house.store for assistance.

3. If you added Route Shipping Insurance, you may also submit a claim here.

Lost or Stolen Packages

• A 3-day waiting period is required before filing a claim for lost or stolen shipments.

• If you purchased Route Insurance, you can initiate a claim here.

Return Policy

• All Sales Are Final: We do not accept product returns.

• If you purchased the product from a third-party retailer, please contact them directly for return inquiries.

Incorrect Items

If you received the wrong item:

• Send an email to support@hippy-house.store with a photo of the item and the packing slip.

• We will resolve the issue promptly.

• For items under $25 or clearance items, we may issue store credit or a refund instead of a replacement.

Failed Delivery Due to Address Error

It is your responsibility to provide the correct shipping address at checkout.

We are not responsible for delivery failures resulting from address errors submitted by the customer.
