Payment Methods

Order Modifications

Lost or Stolen Packages

A 3-day waiting period is required before filing a claim for lost or stolen shipments.

Incorrect Items
If you received the wrong item:

Send an email to support@hippy-house.store with a photo of the item and the packing slip.

We will resolve the issue promptly.

For items under $25 or clearance items, we may issue store credit or a refund instead of a replacement.
Failed Delivery Due to Address Error
It is your responsibility to provide the correct shipping address at checkout.
We are not responsible for delivery failures resulting from address errors submitted by the customer.
