RETURNS POLICY

Eligibility for Returns:

We accept returns for eligible items within 30 days of purchase. Products must be unused, factory sealed, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

How to Initiate a Return:

To start a return, email support@hippy-house.store with your order number, product name, and reason for return.

Return Shipping:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective item. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

Policy Updates:

We reserve the right to update this policy at any time without prior notice. Updates take effect as soon as they are posted.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Orders may be canceled within 1 hour of purchase, provided the shipping label has not been created.

If a shipping label has already been generated, a $6.00 cancellation fee will apply.

How to Cancel:

Email support@hippy-house.store with your order number and reason for cancellation. If your order has not yet been labeled, it will be canceled free of charge.

Cancellation Fee:

A $6.00 fee applies to cancellations made after the 1-hour window or after label creation. This fee covers processing and handling costs.


REFUND POLICY

Refunds for Returns:

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, eligible refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow up to 5 business days for processing.

Refund Timing:

Processing times vary depending on your payment provider. If you haven’t received your refund after 5 business days, contact your bank or card issuer.

Non-Refundable Items:

Used or opened items are not eligible for refunds.

Exchanges:

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please place a new order.

Defective or Damaged Items:

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact support@hippy-house.store within 5 days of delivery. Please include photos or videos when applicable. Resolutions are handled case-by-case.

Refunds for Cancellations:

  • Full refunds are issued for cancellations made within 1 hour, provided the shipping label has not been printed.

  • After the 1-hour window, no refund will be issued unless the order is manually canceled and a $6.00 fee is deducted.
