RETURNS POLICY:

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Customers may cancel their order after an hour of purchase before the label has been printed. An order that has been printed a label may be charged a cancellation fee of $6.00 before processing the refund.

Cancellation Process:

To cancel an order or service, customers must contact support@hippy-house.store within an hour after purchase and provide a reason for the cancellation. Orders can be canceled as long as the shipping label has not printed yet; otherwise, you will be charged a $6.00 fee.

Cancellation Fees:

A cancellation fee of $6.00 may be applied for cancellations made after the specified cancellation period. This fee is intended to cover any costs incurred by Hippy-House.store.

REFUND POLICY:
